Unless otherwise specified on your order, Wholesale Gate Company will ship via the best and most economical carrier. Single units of items with an * next to the part number are able to ship via UPS, FedEx, or another ground carrier. Multiple units of these items may result in the need to ship via an LTL freight carrier. Wholesale Gate Company will not guarantee a specific arrival date or time, nor assume installers' waiting time. If you must meet and unload, or the job site requires a specific type of equipment (flatbed trailer, lift gate, boom truck, forklift, etc.) Wholesale Gate Company can arrange to have your order shipped via the carrier of your choice with freight charges "collect" or "3rd party."
All Wholesale Gate Company products are inspected and carefully packed according to carrier requirements. The receipt of these by the transport company ends Wholesale Gate Company's responsibility. Carefully inspect any shipment before accepting from the carrier. If damage is evident, request that the carrier's driver state in writing, on the bill of lading, a detailed description of the damage. If hidden damage or a shortage is discovered after you have signed for the shipment, notify Wholesale Gate Company within 24 hours and request an immediate inspection by the carrier.
Pricing and Orders:
All prices are subject to change without notice. All orders must be confirmed to us in writing and are subject to home office credit approval.
We reserve the right to change materials, design or specifications without obligation to subsequent purchasers, or to add improvements without making corresponding changes to products previously manufactured. All weights shown are in pounds (lbs.) Weights shown are approximate and subject to variations in raw material tolerance and packaging.
All standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless due to the error of the manufacturer or damage incurred during transportation. In the case of manufacturer error, the restocking fee will be waived. In the case of damage, please send pictures of the damage to email@example.com, and we can discuss options for the return. Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
