Double Folding Gates

Gates can be installed on Casing or Facing

Mark center of hole on floor 2" away from wall to fit 5/8" pin at bottom of gate. Drill 3/4" hole in floor and place 5/8" washer over hole. Put bottom pin of gate in washer and hole. Install "L" bracket on wall, into... Wood: use 5/16 x 2" Lag Bolts Steel: Drill and tap for 5/16 x 2" Bolts. Brick or Concrete:5/16 x 2" Lag Bolts in 3/8" holes with wood or lead anchors. Repeat for opposite side. Stretch gates to center and drill 3/4" hole for center drop pin. Install top "H" bracket

(Note: For installation outboard of overhead door side rails, ask for extended "L" brackets.)
